Returns
The refund is only accepted for products in perfect condition and complete ( packaging , accessories , manual ... ) , in a maximum period of 15 days . Products returned incomplete , damaged or used by the customer will not be accepted .
The term of this option expires after 15 days from the day of receipt of order . After confirmation of the cause you may make return or exchange and will be refunded in full if the mistake is our responsability.
Some product nned technical skills to install, if customer is not able to make corect install, We will not refund the value of shipment, and returning product must be in perfect condition to sale.
The warranty does not apply to the repair of problems resulting from a cause external to the appliance ( eg, accident, short circuits , lightning, power failure ... ) , the use or installation not in accordance with manufacturer's specifications for use prejudicial to the proper care of the appliance , the use of commercial or collective use of peripherals , accessories or consumables not specific .
After the technical evaluation of the product , the refund will be made within 20 days. Reimbursement will be made in the way that suits the customer and the company by agreement .
The cost of a returning product is allways customer responsability.
